INGREDIENTS
2 cups potatoes (360 grams)
1 cup carrots (135 grams)
⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil (70 grams)
½ cup water (125 milliliters)
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup nutritional yeast
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Dash of cayenne (optional)

Serves: 4

INSTRUCTIONS:
Peel and chop the carrots and potatoes then boil them for 20 minutes or until soft. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth then you are ready to go. You will love it!
