Psyllium Husk is proven effective in relieving symptoms of IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), sluggish bowels, constipation, diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity, ulcerative colitis and atherosclerosis and many other health conditions.

Even a small amount (2-3 tablespoons daily) mixed in with you breakfast cereal will provide enormous benefits to your digestive system and will help regularity.
Great for Weight-Loss
Although typically psyllium husk is thought of as colon cleansing or regularity supplement it can be very useful as a weight loss tool. Psyllium husk is highly effective when taken about 30 minutes before meals. This way, the husks will have time to expand in your stomach and give you a “full” feeling. This will help you eat smaller meals and thus lose unwanted pounds.
Be sure to drink your husks with a full glass of water to make it easy to swallow and continue to drink an additional 2 glasses of water per 2 tablespoons of Psyllium throughout the day.
