Quinoa Grain White Organic
Quinoa, pronounced ‘keen-wa’ is an excellent alternative to starchy grains as it is wheat-free! There are two types, creamy white which seems to be the most popular and red. It is grown in South America and has formed the staple diet of the Incas and their descendants for thousands of years.

In the UK and the US it is known as a superior alternative to couscous, rice and bulgur wheat. Even though it often occupies a similar role to these grains in dishes, quinoa is actually in the same family as beets and spinach.
