DIRECTIONS FOR USE
We recommend you consume at least 4 grams of SOS Cross Trainer per 10kg of body weight. For best results consume 60 minutes prior to and within 45 minutes after exercise. Mix desired quantity with Water, Yogurt, Full Cream, Low-fat, Soy, Rice or Skim Milk. For a delicious shake, blend with a banana or your favourite fruit.
