COCONUT CHIA PUDDING
If you love coconuts you have to try this coconut chia pudding!
– 2 cups of coconut milk
– 1/2 cup chia seeds
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2-4 tablespoons maple syrup (adjust to your liking)
– 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Blend all ingredients in a blender until it is completely smooth and then place it into a glass bowl and refrigerate overnight. Add you favourite fruit for extra taste. How easy is that!
